We GUARANTEE that your Hoosier DJ Disc Jockey will arrive in a reasonable amount of time to assemble his equipment and be performing in proper attire at the contracted performance time. We further guarantee that your DJ will perform in accordance to the information that you provide through our pre-planning worksheets.

 This money back guarantee is your assurance of confidence in our ability to provide each customer with quality service through professional integrity. Rest assured that you will receive 100% professional DJ services or we will refund you more than adequately for any shortcomings that are a failure on our part.

In our 25+ years in business, the following circumstance has yet to happen but we are obligated to state the following policy:

In the event that your DJ does not show up, you will be not be charged any balance due (obviously) and you WILL BE refunded any deposits or payments made prior to your event in lieu of the terms of your written contract.

In addition you will be compensated the full “Current Balance Due” as stated on your written contract.

As per our contract, Hoosier DJ will not be liable for any amount greater to the contracted amount of performance.

In the event that your DJ would happen to be late due to some unforeseen incident, accident, act of God or delay beyond our control including equipment failure during performance, you will be compensated $50.00 per half hour that service in not established.

Our DJs do carry back-up equipment for added assurance.

Since we do not tax your performance time for the DJ’s travel and assembly time, any implied guarantee begins and ends promptly at the contracted performance time.

Any additional time, incentives, or free services that are listed on your contract as N/C (no charge) are not subject to the terms of our guarantee.

We cannot be responsible for any interference or inability to provide our full services due to inadequacies on behalf of the customer, banquet facility, other vendors, city or state ordinances to include parking, unloading and access to the performance area, inadequate performance area, and electrical power supply.

There is also no guarantee that every song requested, will be played. We will play as many requests as possible or that time allows.

This money back guarantee is not designed for those looking to exploit our business and get free DJ service because they can simply say that they were not satisfied. This is not a "satisfaction" guarantee, but a guarantee of our contracted services.

In the event that such an occurrence should arise, all information will be collected, investigated, validated with other professional services, such as banquet and catering staff, photographer, videographer and bartenders under the premise of customer satisfaction first.

All investigations will be concluded within two weeks and an immediate refund, if warranted, will be issued by that time.
